Terms of Service
By commissioning the artist, you have agreed to the following terms:
ENGAGEMENT
Artist reserves the right to decline commissions they are not comfortable with or confident in delivering.
In the case of real people as subjects for commissions, the client assures that they have the right or permission to use the provided reference material. Fanart of celebrities may be accepted.
TIMELINE and PROCESS
Commissions may take 1 to 6 weeks to be completed, depending on the workload. Any further delay will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
Artist will provide regular updates (at least once a week) for open communication-type commissions.
Artist will not provide any updates for surprise or skeb-style commissions and will only contact client for final delivery.
REVISIONS
Major revisions are free of charge only during the sketch phase. Requests for major revisions after the sketch phase will be charged accordingly.
Minor revisions are free of charge throughout the process.
Revisions for skeb-style commissions and any revisions requested after the final delivery will not be entertained.
RIGHTS and USAGE
The artist has the rights to:
use the commissioned artwork for their portfolio and post it on their social media platforms; and
share or stream works in progress of the commission, unless client requests the artist not to.
The client has the right to:
do minor edits on the piece (adding border or text, cropping, adjusting brightness, etc.); and
use the commissioned work, by default, for personal and non-profitable use only. Commercial use comes with a commercial fee. What counts as commercial use?
The client is not allowed to:
claim the work as their own creation;
use the work to train generative AI tools; and
liquify, draw over, or heavily edit the work.
PAYMENT and REFUNDS
Client pays in full before the commission is started.
A 50% down payment will only be allowed for orders over 150 USD or for returning clients. Remaining balance shall be paid before artist can proceed with the final delivery.
Modes of Payment: PayPal (USD) and GCash or Maya (PHP)
Let me know in advance if you are paying via local MOP.
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
Refunds are not allowed unless the artist is unable to complete the commission. If the client wishes to use the incomplete commission in any way or form, a partial refund will be provided in accordance to the progress done. Otherwise, refunds will be in full.
